in conflict in the fields of Education, Media and Human Security”
For the third consecutive year, this conference will bring together members of the Palestinian-Israeli Peace NGO Forum – a network of some 100 Palestinian and Israeli peace organizations working to promote peace through dialogue and cooperation – along with European NGO representatives, government officials and civil society experts. The conference will offer a unique opportunity to explore significant, contemporary issues within the Israeli-Palestinian conflict as well as to exchange information and learn from one another’s experiences and expertise.
PIPNF and the Region of Tuscany invite you to be their guest and participate in this exceptional gathering this February 8th – 9th, 2010, in Florence, Italy.
Through a series of plenary sessions, working group sessions and educational field trip in the Tuscany region, this year’s conference participants will critically examine past experiences and use these experiences to develop best practices in which peace organizations can promote the resolution of conflict in the Palestinian-Israeli region in the fields of Education, Media and Human Security.
